Shipping policy

Jenie Gao Studio shipping lead times are subject to inventory and availability. Original artworks typically ship in 3 to 5 business days. Limited edition prints and merchandise typically ship in 1-2 weeks. If purchasing a gift for a specific holiday or special occasion, please allow 2 weeks for shipping.

Jenie Gao Studio uses USPS to ship most orders. If you are local, you can also pick up artwork curbside. We offer curbside pickup through our neighbor, Giant Jones Brewing, in Suite 9, on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 6 pm, or you can schedule a pickup by emailing here [at] jenie.org.

Jenie Gao Studio is a low-waste business! Most of our packaging materials come from EcoEnclose, 100% recycled, compostable, and sustainable packaging. We do use some plastic sleeves to protect prints and recycled plastic bubble wrap for orders with glass, and aim to use minimal plastic for these purposes.
